Villa Marella

Villa Marella was built in 1993-1994 by Michalis Papavasiliou.

Michalis is grandson of one of the former owners of the whole area, Dempla,

Kolokotronis Papavasiliou.

Michalis named the property Kolokotronis Villas after his grandfather.

We bought the property i february 2007, and have mostly used it for holiday purpose for our family.

The last couple of years we have renovated both the flats, the swimmingpool and the area around,

and eveything appears now almost as new. This work was finished winter 2016/2017.

We have named the place Villa Marella after two of our grandmothers, Maren and Ella.

Now we are here parts of the summer ourselves, and rent out three of the flats

so that also YOU can experience the good holiday life on the hill above Tavronitis.

If we are not here Our quests will be taken good care of by Our good greak neighbours,

Irini and Harry. Theu both speak English and they are available almost all day if you need any help.
